Application forms (both printed and electronic) could be obtained from the THASL Secretariat at Ceylon Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, 1st Floor, No: 50, Navam Mawatha, Colombo 02. They could also be downloaded from the THASL website.
The completed applications could be submitted by hand or posted under registered cover addressed to the Secretary General/CEO, THSAL Secretariat, C/O, Ceylon Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, 1st Floor, No: 50, Navam Mawatha, Colombo 02, to be received on or before 14th July 2017 with a registration fee of Rs 2,000 per application.
Payment could be made in cash, or cheque drawn in favour of "THE HOTELS ASSOCIATION OF SRI LANKA" crossed "A/C Payee only".
Please note that application forms forwarded without the registration fees will not be entertained.
